Healthy Body / Healthy Mind

Offley prides itself on a curriculum building positive emotions and helping them realise that making mistakes is part of learning. We educate about being resilient and how their well-being is very important to all of us.  Our Healthy Body / Healthy Mind week further promotes these issues and we look forward to sharing with you some photos of the activities we have been involved with.

With the year that we have had and the number of lockdowns and time away from school, it is even more important to think about our children's mental health and well-being.  We have spent a considerable amount of this year easing the children into the routine of school again with fun activities, extended afternoon breaks and the slow relaxation of bubbles and activities in the school.  There are some web site links below that promote the health and well-being of our children.  Please take some time to have a look through them.  I'm happy to receive information about any successes that you have had.
