Urban Strides

This week Andy spoke about “The Power of Forgiveness” and that resentment only hurts the person holding it. We are often much better at forgiving other people than we are at forgiving ourselves. But what does that say about us? It’s saying the we’re waiting for the other person to forgive us for our wrong doings, but what if they don’t forgive you? You’re just going to sit around feeling sorry for your actions? If you forgive yourself, then you are able to move on much quicker learn from your wrong doings but we know, it's much easier said than done. Andy made it simpler though, and gave us a 3 step process to forgive yourself and others with great humour and great personal stories, please go and check them out.
